Your Contribution

• Quality control: Executes controls according to quality and quantitiy attributes in accordance with test specifications. Evaluates the quality and assigns it to quality catagories. Informs the supervisor in case of discrepancies. Inspects components regarding dimensional accuracy, surface appearance and composition of material. Uses therefore electronical, optical, mechanical or pneumatical measuring and testing devices. Adjusts these devices, programs them, enters and determines process data and analyzes them. Notices discrepancies and searches for the source of defect and/or informs supervisor.
• Documentation: Documents machine and production data for test purposes for identifying the trend of disturbances. Controls and maintains if necessary all documents regarding their up-todateness. Conducts production, process and warehouse audits and documents them. Prepares quality and audit reports.
• Measuring instruments: Maintains and calibrates measuring instruments and documents it.
• Customer complaint: Handles complaints by conducting re-inspections.

Your Profile

• Technical or natural scientific apprencticeship
• 1 year occupational experience in production or development
• MS office, SAP, English, handling with measuring instruments
