Your Contribution

  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and improve systems
  • Reverse engineer legacy machines to optimize performance
  • Design, implement and manage electrical systems both internally and externally
  • Develop manufacturing processes according to global engineering codes and standards
  • Lead engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting objectives
  • Define customer needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Ensure installations meet customer specifications and safety standards
  • Summarize data and report on test results
  • Assess equipment needs, calculate costs and assist with budgeting
  • Oversee maintenance and inspection schedules for optimal performance

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering or Mechanical engineering (or related field)
  • Experience in project management and team coordination
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform complex system tests
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail
  • Fluent in English and French with strong communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and data synthesis capabilities
  • Effective collaborator within cross-functional teams
  • Excellent manual dexterity
  • Up-to-date with emerging technologies and committed to continuous learning
