Your Contribution

• Monitor production plans, demand forecasts, stock levels
• Convert system requirements into purchase orders
• Place and manage orders for direct materials
• Track order confirmations, delivery dates and quantities
• Follow up with suppliers on open orders, delays, shortages
• Manage delivery deviations and escalate critical supply risks
• Act as daily operational contact for suppliers
• Work closely with production planning to adjust order priorities
• Support inventory optimization (avoid shortages and overstock)

Your Profile

• College degree (BSc) or equivalent in relevant fields such as Economy, Business
• Min. 3 years occupational experience within purchasing area
• SAP, M365 user level
• English (spoken and written on negotiation level)
• Good understanding of production
• Structured work
