Your Contribution

As an International Graduate – Maintenance, you will participate in initiatives focused on improving the efficiency, reliability, and performance of our equipment and manufacturing processes.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Implementing mechanical, electrical, and electronic improvements applicable to plant machinery and equipment.
• Developing improvement projects focused on enhancing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyzing current processes and identifying opportunities for optimization through technical research and evaluation.
• Collaborating with technical teams from other company locations to share knowledge and best practices.
• Participating in maintenance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Applying methodologies such as 5S to contribute to an efficient, safe, and organized work environment.
• Interpreting technical information, engineering drawings, and documentation related to equipment and processes.
• Participating in activities related to safety, occupational health, environmental aspects, emergency response plans, and drills.

Your Profile

• Recently graduated in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional experience is not required; up to 1 year of previous experience is considered desirable.
• Advanced English proficiency (required for interaction with international teams).
• Availability to collaborate with global teams and participate in potential temporary international assignments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Project.
• Desirable knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S.
• Ability to understand technical information, engineering drawings, and diagrams.
• Strong analytical skills, effective communication, continuous learning mindset, and ability to work collaboratively.
